I work from a humanistic perspective, which means I see each person as unique, capable, and worthy of empathy and respect. In our work together, I use a blend of person-centered and solution-focused approaches, helping you explore what matters most while also identifying practical steps forward. I integrate cognitive-behavioural strategies and draw on interpersonal dynamics to deepen insight, strengthen relationships, and favour lasting change. I place great importance on creating a relationship that feels respectful, collaborative, and safe — a foundation that allows real conversations and meaningful transformations to take place. My role is to meet you where you are, at your own pace, and support you in exploring the topics that feel most important to you.
